Designed for the small to medium sized Development Office or Membership Organization

Overview

EAS-T Endowment Accounting System - Donor Tracking, copyright 1996, is a Microsoft Windows® based application designed to meet the need of the small to medium sized non-profit or membership organization. The application is written in Microsoft Visual Basic and uses Microsoft Access databases.

EAS-T is an easy to use Windows application designed to maintain a database of Donors and Donor Prospects and their gifts to the organization. It can be used to enter, total and track gifts by Donor, by Category or Fund Raising Event and/or by the Donor's relationship to the organization. It can prepare mailing labels and create financial reports. Gift data includes Annual Pledge, YTD Gifts, Pledge Write-offs, and Remaining to satisfy the pledge and Lifetime Gift Total.

Microsoft Office ™ Compatibility

Since EAS-T uses standard Microsoft Access databases, MS Office applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access can use the data in EAS-T. For example, MS Word can be used to create "Mail Merge" fund-raising letters, MS Excel can be used for advanced financial analysis and MS Access can be used for customized queries and reports.
